  1. Problem statement

  2. Hold
    Notice what tightens or tenses you
  3. Restatement
    The real problem is … [brainstorm 6 to 10 I/We-based answers]
  4. Relax
    Let go of the problem, let go of yourself having it. See the bigger picture.
  5. Opportunities
    Reframe your restatement
    I/We have a real opportunity to … (choose one or two that are promising)
